What do I do if nothing happens when I click on the links under
Information/FAQ?
4. Question: What if I have forgotten
my password?
5. Question: How do I download the
practice test and other supplementary materials?

Answer: A pop-blocker
might be preventing a new browser from opening up. Most of the links under Information/FAQ opens
a new browser to allow the applicant to view information about the online
registration process in PDF format. To
view the links, disable your pop-up blocker.
Below are the common pop-up blockers and how you can disable them:
To disable the default pop-up blocker that
comes with the Internet explorer (mostly in Microsoft’s Service Pack 2), in the
menu bar, go to Tools > Pop-up blocker then click on Turn Off Pop-up blocker. Once you’re done viewing the links, you
may turn on the pop-up blocker by going to the same menu but this time, click
on Turn On Pop-up blocker.

If you have installed a
Yahoo Toolbar (see Yahoo Toolbar screenshot below) in your browser, disable the
pop-up blocker by clicking on the Pop-up blocker icon
or the drop-down arrow beside the icon. Click on or uncheck Enable Pop-up blocker. Once you’re done viewing the links, you
may turn on the pop-up blocker by clicking on the same icon and then checking
the Enable Pop-up blocker option.

toolbar. To do this, right-click on the
toolbar to show the drop-down list for the all the Toolbars. Uncheck the entry Google. Once done with
viewing the links, enable the Google toolbar
again by right-clicking on the toolbar again and then checking on the Google entry.
